		<description>i find your proposal to replace tolls with lesser charges at motorway bridges to be laughable. I pay road tax which is for the upkeep and improvement of roads, and should be ring-fenced for this purpose only. People pay enough already on their cars, with taxes on fuel, road tax, VAT and a multitude of hidden taxes already on motoring. You cannot simply use a model which has worked in a different country and hope it to work in Ireland, Ireland needs motorways, until a credible alternative is found, rail in this country is a joke, cycle lanes and walkways will only have a limited benifit so motorways are the only viable option currently. Would you have us return to the dark ages where we all got around by horse and cart??</description>
